Do you want more joy in your life?  Who doesn’t?  BUT sometimes maybe you feel like it’s only a fleeting moment or you don’t deserve it?  Did you know that JOY is our innate nature? JOY is the signal that you are connected to your truth and in alignment with who you are supposed to be in this world.  We are MEANT to have JOY and fun in our lives; we do not need to struggle all the time!  This episode is about how to have JOY in all areas of your life; especially in parenting when your kids are in trouble or even driving you crazy! Andrea spent more than a decade working with thousands of women in the health and fitness arena as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Fitness Studio Owner, Life Coach and Mentor. She created, built and sold a fitness studio and fitness business. She has designed, created and run many programs, workshops, multi-day events and retreats. She has also developed an entire method and an accompanying 2-year curriculum plus mastery program, to facilitate her current work as a F.I.T. Mindset Mentor and Coach. 

While she knows self-discipline, determination, perseverance, commitment and how to act in spite of fear, she also learned through burnout, exhaustion and the fallout that followed, the essential art of surrender. She discovered the joy in simplicity and in having time in her life to simply just be. As a result, she learned how to keep her achiever hustle in check and how to live Fully In Tune with all the beautiful synchronicities and miracles guiding her life, that only became evident when she slowed down enough to notice.
